At Le Parc de la Grève campsite in Vendée, your pets can enjoy the fresh sea air, open spaces, and a natural camping environment. To ensure a peaceful and safe stay for everyone, a few simple rules are in place and must be respected by all pet owners.
When Booking
Pet information required at the time of booking.When making your reservation at Le Parc de la Grève campsite in Vendée, please inform us if you are travelling with a pet. We kindly ask you to provide a copy of your pet’s up-to-date health record or pet passport, including valid rabies vaccination..Although rabies vaccination is no longer mandatory in France, it is still required in public places and pet-friendly campsites such as Le Parc de la Grève, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
Important notice :
- Dogs Cat 1 and 2 are not accepted, even vaccinated
- No pets allowed in some accomodations.
- Cats are not allowed in mobile homes and chalet
On the field
For the well-being of everyone, some rules apply
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times within the campsite.
- Pets can be alone on your pitch or accomodation.
- Some areas are forbidden for pets such as the pool area, sanitaries, kids area..
For the convenience of pet owners, dog waste bag dispensers are available at the entrance of the campsite and near the waste disposal area.
To the beach
Dogs and beaches near Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Your pets can enjoy the Vendée coastline outside the summer season. From 1 June to 30 September, dogs are prohibited on most beaches in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, Brétignolles, and Brem-sur-Mer..However, dogs are still tolerated when kept on a leash in more natural and less crowded areas, such as the coastal stretch between La Sauzaie and the main beach of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. These quieter spots are ideal for enjoying seaside walks with your dog while respecting local regulations.
