What are the opening dates of the campsite?
The campsite is open from 15 April to 15 September 2026.
How can I book my stay?
Online: Select your dates, enter the number of guests, and the available accommodation or pitches will be displayed along with their respective rates. You can then complete your booking by adding any optional extras you may require. A 25% deposit can be paid securely online (credit/debit card or e-Chèques-Vacances).
Please contact us on +33 2 51 22 86 23 and we will assist you with the booking process. You will then receive a booking link to finalise your reservation and pay the deposit.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and e-Chèques-Vacances. Other payment options are also available (such as cheque or Floa Bank financing). Please contact us for further details and conditions regarding these alternative payment methods.
Who are the guests included in my stay?
When making your booking, you will be asked to provide the number, age and name of each guest. If you are travelling with a dog, this must also be specified. The accommodation options offered will then correspond to the number of guests.
Please note: a baby counts as a guest (for example, if you are 4 adults plus a baby, you are considered 5 guests!)
Please note: dogs are not allowed in all types of accommodation, so it is important to declare them when booking.
Does my baby count as a guest?
Yes, your baby counts as a guest. The maximum capacity of the accommodation must take this into account. If you arrive with an undeclared baby exceeding the accommodation’s capacity, access will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
What are the booking conditions?
For any booking made more than 30 days before your arrival, a 25% deposit of the total amount, as well as the booking fees (and the insurance premium, if applicable), will be required. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival.
If you book your stay less than 30 days before your arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
What payment methods are accepted for the balance of bookings?
We accept bank cheques, postal orders, ANCV holiday vouchers (full voucher with the top stub), Connect holiday vouchers, bank transfers, and credit/debit card payments.
Cheque payments will not be accepted on-site or within 30 days of your arrival.
When is the balance of my booking due?
The balance of your stay must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival.
Can I pay in installments?
There are two options available to you:

You can spread your payments up until 30 days before your arrival (full payment must be completed by this date). However, the 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Payment in instalments is available through Floa Bank.
What additional fees apply to my booking?
In addition to the cost of accommodation or pitch, the following additional fees apply:

Booking fees: €10. VACAF processing fee: €20(only for French people).

Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5% of the accommodation cost (minimum €20).

Tourist tax: €0.65 per night per person over 18 years old.

Optional extras: bed linen rental, towels, baby kit, fridge, barbecue, and more.
How can I select a pitch?
We cannot guarantee a specific pitch. However, you may indicate your preferences regarding the location or setting (shaded, sunny, near the facilities, etc.). We will do our best to assign a pitch that matches your criteria, subject to availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Are visitors allowed at the campsite?
Visitors are allowed at the campsite at the applicable rate. They must register at the campsite reception for safety reasons. Visitors will then be given a visitor wristband.
Visitors must leave the campsite by 10:00 pm at the latest. For legal and insurance reasons, they are not permitted to use the swimming facilities.
Does the campsite accept group bookings?
Our campsite caters to guests seeking a peaceful environment. Therefore, group bookings are generally not suitable. However, we may occasionally accept small groups of children accompanied by supervisors, following a phone consultation to establish the group’s rules and guidelines.
Are minors allowed at the campsite?
No, minors not accompanied by their parents are not allowed on the campsite.
Can I modify my booking?
It is possible to modify your stay (dates, type of accommodation) by submitting a written request to the campsite (by mail or email), subject to availability. The rate will be adjusted accordingly.
It is also possible to modify the list of guests, or add new ones, within the accommodation’s capacity. Any taxes related to these changes must be paid upon arrival.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, how can I cancel my booking?
The first step is to contact us as soon as possible to notify us. After that, there are two options:

If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival and have not taken out cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible.
If you have taken out NEAT CAMPING cancellation/interruption insurance:
In this case, you must inform us of the cancellation or interruption of your stay.

Is it possible to leave the campsite earlier than the scheduled departure date?
It is possible to leave the campsite earlier, but no refund will be given. You may only be eligible for a refund through the cancellation insurance if it was taken out at the time of booking, and depending on the reason for the early departure.

It is possible to arrive early or depart late by selecting the “early arrival” or “late departure” option. Please note: this option is not available during peak periods.
What time can we arrive at the campsite?
Arrivals are between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
For pitches, you must vacate between 9:00 am and 11:30 am.
For mobile homes and lodges, departures must be between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm (spring/autumn) or between 9:00 am and 11:00 am by appointment, which is scheduled upon arrival.
Between April and June, and in September, for a rental stay, you can take advantage of the “early arrival” or “late departure” option. For an additional fee, you can arrive from 10:00 am or depart up to 5:00 pm on your departure day.
The stated departure times are designed to ensure everyone’s peace and quiet.
Is it possible to arrive after the campsite closes?
For the sake of everyone’s peace and quiet, arrivals are only possible until 6:00 pm.
However, in exceptional cases, a slightly later arrival can be arranged in advance. In such cases, please call +33 2 51 22 86 23 to organise it.
If you expect to arrive late, booking for the following day with the “early arrival” option might be more suitable for you.
What are the closing hours of the gate providing access to the campsite?
To ensure everyone’s peace and quiet during the night, the gates are closed from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. No exceptions are possible.
In the event of a life-threatening emergency, a staff member will be on-site to let you in.
Does the campsite have electric vehicle charging stations?
Yes, the campsite has an electric vehicle charging station, located in the car park near the reception. Charging and payment can be made using your usual charging card or a credit/debit card.
Please note: charging on pitches or inside accommodations is prohibited and dangerous.
Is the campsite accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The campsite is accessible for people with reduced mobility. We have a specially adapted lodge (Sahari PMR) that can accommodate up to 5 people. This lodge is located very close to the accessible restroom facilities. The bar, bistro, reception, and restrooms are also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Is it possible to park multiple vehicles next to my pitch?
Only one vehicle can be parked on the pitch. If you have multiple vehicles and need to unload your belongings, please do so one at a time, moving the first vehicle once unloading is complete. Additional vehicles must be parked in the free parking area at the campsite entrance.
Are double-axle caravans allowed at the campsite?
No, we do not accept double-axle caravans.
How can I choose the right pitch?

I am camping in a standard tent, van, caravan, or motorhome under 7 m:

What type of electrical outlet should I plan for when connecting to the pitches?
Only French and European electrical outlets are available. European adapters can be borrowed from the reception.
It is recommended to bring an extension cord of at least 15 m to connect to the power supply.
Is there direct water access on each pitch?
No, only the “Grand Comfort” and “Pitches with sanitary facilities” have direct water access. However, water points are available throughout the campsite and at the sanitary block. Drinking water is available everywhere on the site.
Are all the pitches shaded?
Located in a park, most pitches are shaded or partially shaded. You can indicate your preferences when booking (mostly sunny or mostly shaded) by adding a comment. While we cannot guarantee a specific pitch, we will always do our best to accommodate your wishes.
What are the arrival and departure days for pitches?
For pitches, arrival and departure days are flexible. There is no minimum stay required.
What is the maximum number of people allowed per pitch?
The maximum capacity for our pitches is 6 people. If your group exceeds 6, you will need to book a second pitch. Please note that babies and young children are counted as people. Only one pet is allowed per pitch.
Do we need to bring our own bed linen and towels?
Yes, you need to bring your own bed linen except in the following cases: weekend package – bed linen provided and beds made; Saturday night stay – bed and bathroom linen provided, beds made.
These options are available from April to June and in September.
Can I rent bed linen and towels on-site?
Yes, you can rent bed linen and towels on-site, subject to availability. However, it is recommended to arrange this when booking to ensure they are available.
Are the mobile homes equipped with duvets and pillows?
The mobile homes are equipped with duvets and pillows.
Do we need to clean our rental accommodation before departure?
Yes, we ask that you leave the accommodation clean and tidy, following these guidelines: floors cleaned, dishes washed, dried, and returned to the table, trash emptied, cupboards, kitchen, bathroom, and sanitary facilities cleaned.
If these guidelines are not followed, a cleaning fee will be charged.
A cleaning package (or reduced cleaning package for very short stays) can be purchased. This package does not include washing dishes or emptying trash.
Are all the pitches shaded?
Located in a park, most rental pitches are partially shaded.
Are the mobile homes equipped with a television?
The mobile homes and chalets are equipped with televisions. Lodges and other atypical accommodations are not. We are in a white zone, so TV reception is via satellite.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required to cover any potential damage or uncompleted cleaning.
We use a digital security deposit system that does not block your card limit. You will receive an email before your arrival to submit the deposit. It is automatically released after your departure.
Are baby kits available for rent?
You can rent baby equipment (cribs, high chairs, etc.) before or upon your arrival.
Are the mobile homes equipped with air conditioning?
No, our mobile homes are not equipped with air conditioning. The campsite is located in a park with a pond, which naturally helps keep the temperature cooler.
Can I pitch a tent next to a rental accommodation?
If space allows, and without exceeding the rental accommodation’s maximum capacity, it is possible to pitch a tent next to it.
What are the arrival and departure days for rental accommodations?
For rental accommodations, arrival and departure days are flexible.
However, depending on the type of accommodation, minimum stay requirements vary: 2 nights for lodges, 3 nights for mobile homes in July and August.
Do the holiday rentals come with a coffee maker?
Yes, all our holiday rentals are equipped with a filter coffee machine. Some also have a Nespresso Inissia machine as an additional feature, which uses Nespresso capsules. Please check the description of each property for further details.
Is it possible to buy bread at the campsite?
During the summer school holidays, you can order bread daily at the bar (payment upon ordering).
Is it possible to receive mail or parcels during our stay?
It is indeed possible to receive mail or parcels at the campsite reception. You can also drop off outgoing mail there.
Is there internet access at the campsite?
You can request a free 30-minute internet voucher online at the bar.
Wi-Fi is available at your pitch by purchasing a plan online (hotspot: “leparcdelagreve”).
What types of barbecues are allowed at the campsite?
Gas and charcoal barbecues are allowed at the campsite. Temporary restrictions may apply during periods of fire risk. Charcoal barbecues are also available for rent at the reception.
Is there a kids’ club at the campsite?
We welcome children aged 5 to 12 several times a week, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, for supervised activities at the workshop. No prior registration is required.
What types of activities are offered?
During the summer school holidays, the campsite offers family activities several times a week.
During the day, both children and adults can take part in relaxing activities (yoga, cycling trips, etc.) or creative workshops for kids at the workshop.
In the evening, the fun continues with aperitif games or family games such as bingo and karaoke, as well as occasional concerts and magic shows.
However, we emphasize that we are primarily a family campsite, welcoming mainly young children, focused on relaxation and unplugging. Entertainment is not the main focus of the campsite.
Are the services available outside the summer school holidays?
The reception, bar, grocery store, and aquatic area are open daily from May 15 to September 15, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (until 5:00 PM on Sundays). On Friday and Saturday evenings, along with the restaurant and take-away service, they are open until 8:30 PM.
Please note: fries and roast chicken are available to order every lunchtime.
Does the campsite offer bike rentals?
Yes, the campsite offers bike rentals for adults and children, as well as trailers and baby seats, for daily use only. You can reserve bikes at the reception. Locks, helmets, and safety vests are also available.
Is there a laundry facility at the campsite?
Oui, le camping dispose d’une laverie avec machines à laver et sèche-linge.
Les jetons sont en vente à la réception et au bar. Des doses de lessive peuvent également être vendues.
Can we purchase tickets for activities directly at the campsite?
Yes, at the reception you can purchase tickets for the Puy du Fou park, trips to Île d’Yeu, as well as fishing permits. Discounts are also available for certain other activities, with a promo code provided at the reception.
Is there public transport available to reach the campsite?
Unfortunately, the campsite is not served by public transport.
Is the campsite far from the beach?
The campsite is located about 7 km from the nearest beaches, between La Parée Beach in Brétignolles and the far end of the main beach in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The beaches can be reached by car, bike, or shuttle.
Is it possible to reach the beach by shuttle?
In July and August, a daily “Tous à la plage” shuttle runs, with a stop near the campsite. The shuttle serves the beaches of Brétignolles-sur-Mer and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
Are there bike paths nearby?
The Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie area is well served by marked bike paths and routes. From the campsite, they allow you to reach the beaches, Lake Jaunay, the town centers of Brétignolles and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, as well as the artisanal village of La Chaize-Giraud. Maps are available at the reception.
Is the campsite located in a risk-prone area?
No, the campsite is not located in a risk-prone area. However, during periods of drought and strong winds, restrictions on barbecues or water use may be implemented.
Is the campsite close to shops?
The center of L’Aiguillon-sur-Vie village is about 500 m from the campsite on foot. You will find a bakery, pharmacy, florist, bars, a small supermarket, a hairdresser, and a doctor there.
The nearest large supermarkets are in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Brétignolles-sur-Mer (about 7 to 8 km away). We can also recommend local producers in the area around the campsite.
On which dates is the swimming pool open?
The outdoor swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes, the swimming pool is heated to 27°C (80.6°F). Depending on the weather conditions, this temperature may vary slightly.
What are the swimming pool hours?
Outside of July and August, the swimming pool is open from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and during the summer school holidays from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
Are swim shorts allowed in the swimming pool?
Swim shorts are strictly prohibited.
However, if you’ve forgotten your swimming trunks or briefs, don’t panic: men’s swimwear (for adults and children) is available to buy at reception.
Are full-body swimsuits allowed in the swimming pool?
Full-body swimsuits are strictly prohibited.
Is the swimming pool accessible to visitors?
For legal and insurance reasons, visitors are not allowed to access the swimming pool. Access is strictly reserved for campsite guests. During the summer school holidays, wearing a wristband is mandatory.
On which dates is the pond open?
The pond is open from the start of the camping season.
Is fishing free of charge?
Yes, fishing is free for campsite guests.
What is the size of the pond?
The pond covers an area of 1,300 m².
What types of fish can be found in the pond?
Mainly coarse fish, such as carp, grass carp, crucian carp, and roach. There are no predatory fish.
Are there any activities related to fishing?
We organize a fishing competition once a week in July and August.
Are there other fishing spots nearby?
Yes, there are many other fishing opportunities nearby, including at the Jaunay Lake. You can purchase a daily fishing permit at the reception. Sea fishing is also possible.
Are pets allowed at the campsite?
Pets are allowed for an additional fee. They must be kept on a leash, tattooed, and vaccinated.
Their health record must be presented upon arrival.
First- and second-category dogs are prohibited. Only one pet is allowed per pitch or rental unit.
Are pets allowed on the beach?
Pets are generally not allowed on the beaches, or are permitted only at certain times.
